A dimensional flower made from Paperartsy stamps and dies ... I quite liked how it turned out so gave it a home this morning ...
The tag is coloured using Paperartsy Fresco Finish paints. I have added some Paperartsy Grunge Paste through a stencil to add textue, some background stamping and Paperartsy Treasure Gold in Aquamarine to highlight the raised reas and the edges of the petals. The colours are a bit closer in 'real life' - I only have a few of the paint colours so getting a close mix was tough.
If you haven't visited Paperartsy recently get on over to their blog - they've had a 10th birthday party all this month with some brilliant projects by guest designers and technique videos from Leandra - Mrs Paperartsy herself.
Looks good Jacqui :D I think all these flowers will be getting a new lease of life lol!!!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Jacqui, it's gorgeous. You don't seem to have linked it to their blog for the challenge though...!
ReplyDeleteThank you Helen - forgot I could do that! I'm a bit 'off' this weekend somehow - not ill though just a bit of a 'can't be bothered' feeling.
